1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or leaked upon delivery
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product missing from the order

👉 To be eligible:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Unboxing video or clear images are mandatory proof

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Personal care / hygiene products (e.g., soaps, skincare, oils)
  • Products purchased on sale or clearance
  • Customized or personalized products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours via:

  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Issue details
    • Photos / unboxing video
  3. Our team will verify and approve the request
  4. Once approved:
    • Reverse pickup will be arranged (if serviceable)
      OR
    • Customer may need to self-ship the product

4. Replacement Policy

  • If the issue is valid, we will provide a free replacement
  • Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days
  • Only one replacement per order will be allowed

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be issued if:

  • Replacement is not available
  • Order is cancelled before dispatch
  • Return request is approved

Refund timeline:

  • 5–7 business days (after approval or product received)

5.2 COD Orders

  • Refund will be processed via:
    • Bank transfer / UPI
  • Customer must provide correct bank details

6. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake → We bear the cost
  • If the return is due to customer reasons → Customer bears shipping charges

7. Order Cancellation & Refund

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch → Full refund
  • Orders cancelled after shipping → Not eligible

8. Damaged / Missing Claims

  • Mandatory unboxing video required
  • Claims without proof may not be accepted
  • Request must be raised within 48 hours

9. Delivery Refusal

If customer refuses delivery:

  • Shipping charges will be deducted
  • Refund (if any) will be processed after return received
  • Repeated refusal may lead to:
    • COD ban
    • Account restriction

10. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject suspicious return requests
  • Block users with high return/cancellation rate
  • Take action in case of misuse

11. Refund Processing Delays

Refunds may be delayed due to:

  • Bank processing time
  • Incorrect payment details
  • Technical issues
